professional team efficient service few options limited menu
the restaurant team was very professional. they were efficient and courteous (always a plus!). room service was efficient and rooms were super clean daily.
they weren't enough for a few days of stay without repeating.

a fabulous HOTEL experience
good location professional team varied breakfast working appliances
the hotel has a good location near the harbour. the reception and concierge team were professional. the breakfast offered a lot of choice. the appliances in the room worked, a TRUE rarity today.
my room was maybe a bit noisy because of nearby facilities.

the hotel is situated in a great spot near the liberty bus station. it is a short walk to town. i found it very convenient for exploring the area.

my classic double room was very comfy and tidy. it had lovely chairs and a king size bed, seemed like sleeping on a cloud. soft fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers were provided also.

the breakfast had a good spread and was well-hosted. the food quality and choice were excellent. i also had crab linguine, it was delicious.

all staff are a credit to this HOTEL. they are superbly trained. every staff member was attentive and professional. their service.

morning deliveries staff chatter
the breakfast was acceptable with various choices available. i especially liked the pastries (nothing extraordinary though).
my room was supposed to have a sea view, but it mostly overlooked a parking lot. the noise from early morning deliveries and staff chatter outside was quite disruptive, and i found it hard to get a full night's sleep (disappointing, to say the least).
